Jurong Town Hall Bus Interchange is located on Venture Drive and will serve Jurong East Town as part of the Jurong Regional Center. Featuring fully sheltered routes connecting the three transport nodes, Jurong East MRT station and Jurong East Bus Interchange via covered linkways and a pedestrian overhead bridge. The bus interchange will also complement the eventual Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub (project to open in 2027) at Gateway Road and a host of new infrastructure developments such as the wider Jurong Lake District.
It is nestled in between many public amenities such as Jurong Regional Library, Westgate, JEM, Jurong Community Hospital, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, International Business Park, Vision Exchange and The JTC Summit. This bus interchange is designed to be more accessible with family-friendly facilities catering to families with young children, seniors and commuters with mobility challenges and features barrier-free access at entrances and dedicated priority queue zone with seats.
In addition to the local buses services, the relocated Cross-Border Bus Services (via Tuas Checkpoint) by Causeway Link will also be operating from Jurong Town Hall bus interchange serving commuters travelling to-and-fro Singapore and Malaysia.
