About Bedok Bus Interchange

Bedok Bus Interchange is an ITH that serves residential areas around Bedok, Tanah Merah, and other nearby districts. This 7th air-conditioned bus interchange was built to accommodate commuters in the area with ease and convenience. Indeed Bedok Integrated Transport Hub comes after Toa Payoh, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio, Boon Lay, Serangoon, and Clementi in terms of ITH construction in Singapore. Furthermore it has about 30 bus lines which is on average twice more than the average bus interchange.

The bus interchange has 56 angled parking lots for regular 12-meter buses, and an additional 2 parallel parking bendy bus lots. It also features queue lanes at every berth to make the waiting process easier on commuters who are unable to stand in line while carrying their bags or strollers. The air-conditioned passenger concourse opens only when a bus reaches its specific bay so that passengers can get out of the heat quickly after any long journey they might have had before arriving here.
